What personal data we collect and why we collect it
- Should you choose to contact us by email or via a contact form on this website we will collect Personal Data that will include but may not be limited to your name and email address – personally identifiable information that is necessary for responding to you in connection with your enquiry and/or to providing you a product/service.
- Should you submit your email address in order to receive a message giving you links to documentation or styling option images & information, that email address is collected by MailChimp, a provider of automated email and email marketing tools. MailChimp will automatically send you the email with the appropriate links; it will also store your email address in a database. We may wish to make use of that database to contact you again, but only in relation to our products and services.
If you commission a van conversion from us you will be required to pay a deposit, and maybe an additional sum for a base vehicle or extras/upgrades. We will request payment by Bank Transfer; at no time do we have access to (so do not collect or process) any personal financial information such as a credit or debit card number.
We use a few necessary cookies to make the website work, and we use 3rd party cookies (a) for social sharing (set by Facebook, Twitter or Pinterest should you choose to share any of the content on this website) and (b) to help us understand how visitors interact with our website (set by Google Analytics).

Our website hosting company does, in theory, have access to your personal data due to the fact that it is stored on the same private server used to host this website, but they are a trusted third party and we have absolute faith in the high level of privacy and security in place.

You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you.
